We recently conducted a survey, asking small plant businesses about any concerns they had over the coming months. 60% of those we spoke to mentioned they were concerned about offering delivery for their plants, with many worried about damage during transit.
Making sure your plants are packaged securely
can help with protecting them from damage, but we understand there is still a concern when it comes to using a courier service.
We've got your plants covered
To give Candide growers more peace of mind, we are pledging to insure the first 100 growers to list their plants on the Candide Marketplace, covering the cost of replacement plants and delivery, if an item gets lost or damaged.
If you're within the first 100 growers to list, any plants sold via a Candide Marketplace listing before 30th June 2020 will be covered (up to £20 per plant, a maximum of 10 claims per grower).
To qualify for this promotion:
All growers must have delivered a replacement plant to the buyer and have confirmation of this via the Candide app platform.
Plants should be sent via a tracked delivery service, to allow us to cover any lost items. We will ask for the tracking information should you need to claim.
