Also known as bush clover, this deciduous subshrub produces attractive pea-like flowers in a deep pink colour, these are borne on slender, arching stems. Foliage is clover-like and delicate.

Other uses of Bush Clover

These plants are sometimes grown as garden ornamentals but also used as forage crops in the southern USA, as well as to prevent soil erosion and to fix nitrogen.
