    Abelia Overview

    Abelia is a genus of about 5 species of evergreen, and some deciduous, shrubs from eastern Asia and Mexico. In summer, Abelia plantss produce an abundance of tubular-shaped flowers in clusters for which they are grown. Foliage is dark green.

    Cuttings

    Propagate by hardwood cuttings in the winter, softwood or greenwood cuttings in early summer. Semi-ripe cuttings in late summer.
