Japanese Anemones Overview

Anemone hupehensis is a perennial species in the buttercup family, Ranunculaceae. It is commonly known by the names Chinese Anemone and Japanese Windflower. It is grown for the succession of flowers in late summer and autumn, which look elegant at every stage, whether tight bud, long-lasting flower or neatly spherical seed head. The flowers are also grown for the cut flower industry.

Common problems with Japanese Anemones
