Sacred Bamboo 'Fire Power' Overview
Nandina domestica 'Fire Power is an evergreen shrub with an upright, bamboo-like growth habit. The leaves emerge with a purple tinge and in autumn turn a range of orange and red before falling. In summer delicate star-shaped white flowers appear that can develop into attractive red berry fruits. Also known by the common name, Sacred Bamboo or Heavenly Bamboo, this species is considered elegant and reaches a maximum size of 50cm high and wide.
