Elephant Ear's 'Mojito' Overview

Colocasia esculenta 'Mojito' is a stunning perennial cultivar in the Araceae family. This tender plant produces arrow-shaped, variegated foliage. Light green leaves are attractively marbled and flecked with purple-black colouring, making Colocasia 'Mojito' a popular specimen among collectors. It grows well in partial shade and moist, well-draining soil, water more sparingly in the winter months and keep above 15ºC. Adapted to tropical rainforest environments, this cultivar grows better with increased humidity, it is not frost hardy and therefore best grown indoors in cool climates.
