Giant Yucca Overview

Yucca elephantipes is a large shrub or tree species from the Asparagaceae family, with an upright growth habit and multiple trunks. Commonly known by the names Giant Yucca or Spineless Yucca, this plant produces hard, leathery, strap-shaped foliage up to 1m in length. Flowers are only produced on mature plants, these are arranged on spikes and are coloured cream-white. In temperate zones, grow under glass, or outdoors in containers, over-wintering indoors.
