Weigela Overview
There are 12 species of arching deciduous shrubs, with pointed, elliptical deep green leaves which are about 10cm long. The foliage is either orange, red or purple in the autumn. In mid spring, masses of white, pink or crimson, sometimes yellowish, bell or trumpet-shaped flowers are produced.
