Dusty Miller Overview
Jacobaea maritima is commonly known by the name Dusty Miller or Silver Ragwort. It is an evergreen subshrub species in the Asteraceae family. Typically grown as an annual plant due to its tenderness. Leaves up to 15cm long are oval in shape, toothed or lobed along the edges and coloured grey-silver, with a felty texture. Flowers are daisy-like and yellow in colour, appearing in the summer.
