I would rate zero stars if I could. The service was very disappointing. We arrived at around 9:30 for breakfast and ordered drinks. We saw our waitress intermittently and was assured each time we would be attended to. We eventually got our waitress an hour later to take our order for the meal. We were not updated on our meal and when asked, got told about 40min later that they ran out of eggs. We finally got our meal at 11:45. However one person at our table still had to wait a further 20min to get her order. We left without waiting for the last order. However, the garden scenery is beautiful. Very nice setting to dine out and for kids to play.

Nice, tranquil outdoor dining. The food is amazing and freshly made. I loved the Pesto made from the in-house Herb garden.

Beautiful gardens and enviroment. But if you want to eat, order first and then walk the gardens. We waited almost 2 hours for breakfast

The Herb garden is a beautiful place. We went there for breakfast yesterday. However I was so disappointed that they charged us R110 for a serving of pancakes that cost R40 on their menu. We also had breakfast and we didn't think to scrutinize the bill...as we we're trusting all is well.Only realized now...maybe it's our bad...so please do check your bill...

Must Say I am quite disappointed in the Herb Garden. Firstly the staff are what seem to be new and seem to be lost in the waiting tables game, The "front of House" didn't seem to interested or in the know of where there are leaks and tried to sit us at a table with wet chairs under the leaking roof. Onto the food, They state a waiting time of 30-45 Minutes, understandable for most cooked meals but when it comes to things like a waffle and French toast, I don't think 45 minutes is appropriate. when asked where the food was we were given this speal of we only fresh goods and nothing is frozen, which is great but did the chicken have to go lay the eggs after the order was placed? To add to the lengthy wait for food the French toast turned into a waffle, when asked why this was bought the waiter and front of house had the dispute at our table. we asked if it would take 45Minutes to make the French toast. at this point the front of house attempted to justify what had happened with an excuse of training staff, this after he was the person taking our order. on the food and beverage side. Coffee was good Waffles highly average, id suggest the better known Belgian waffle spot near KEP ( Shall not name them).
