A fabulous place to visit. If you get Dave as your guide you've hit the jackpot he's fantastic, passionate, funny and caring. The walled garden is a must if you have small children, plenty of space to play and so many fab animals to get to know. The staff and the facilities are fantastic. Highly recommend you visit

Lovely Castle and the rooms are all interesting. You do need to take one of the guided tours though to be able to gain access to all floors and really discover the history of this castle. The guides also bring the castle to life for you with their stories. Only allowed photos of the outside, interior photography is banned (even when not using any flash), therefore cannot give them a higher review mark, as I personally believe once you pay to go inside, you should have the right to take photos.

Great experience and morning out for the family! The mini petting farm was good, just a shame you can't go in the castle and belvedere buildings. Other than that, would highly recommend coming here for a nice easy morning out.
