Love love love this garden. I have been coming here with my family since 2005 and it never gets old. The gardens are gorgeous and maintained well. The best part about this place however apart from the incredibly diverse plants and flora, consistently amazing food at the restaurant (especially the mushroom soup), world class conservatory, fountains, and decorations, is its dynamism. It is one of the few places that is worth getting an annual membership for because every season, almost all the flowers, plants, trees, decorations, etc are switched or replaced, curating a completely different and unique experience each time you come. 100% recommend this place to anyone and always look forward to coming back

One of my favorite places in Pennsylvania. There is so much to see and do here. The entire thing is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. There are usually events and other things going on. I love going multiple times a year. The shop is also really cool. I highly recommend visiting any time of year. It's totally worth it.

The first time I visited Longwood, it was in 2000. Over the years I never got tired of it. There is always something new and wonderful to catch my eyes, either a beautiful orchid flower or an intricate Christmas wreath. Don't mention thousands of tulips in the Spring. Longwood provides an opportunity to see plants from all over the world. It is not only a place to entertain and relax, but also a place to learn. My kids love the creamy mushroom soup at the on-site restaurant after a hike in the meadows. Longwood has become a part of my life and I am grateful for its excellence in horticulture.

I bought a membership to Longwood Gardens as a birthday gift for myself. My recent visit was the 1st in over 10 years, and I enjoyed EVERY MINUTE of it! The grounds are impeccably maintained. There is a huge variety of plants to be seen from nearly every continent. The fountains are spectacular. The walking paths are easy to follow; and a significant amount of information is available about the ground's history. Families, couples, and friends alike can enjoy some aspect of these gardens. It seems to be a photographer's haven... I was definitely inspired to consider purchasing a professional camera and start a new hobby! Do make time to visit & enjoy it for yourself. I was simply giddy 😆 *NOTE: I am disabled and the site has ample accommodations (ex. parking, courtesy wheelchairs, intermittent seating locations, etc).

Despite the prediction of rain the day began sunny and breezy. The line waiting for admission was long but moved quickly.the conservatory exhibit was wonderful. The orchids exhibit was more beautiful in its new spacious array. Tropical water lilies were lovely. Every employee we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Every tourist smiled happily. Great place to visit.
