On a hot day, this was a peaceful oasis of cool shade walking amongst giants. At £6 entry, a bargain with enough to hold interest for several hours. I was amazed at how long ago the gardens at Arley arboretum were established ... explains why there are so many really mature trees. Lovely cafe here too which served good value, reasonably priced & good quality food. I'd recommend the Arley ploughman's. They also had both white & brown gluten free bread. The staff were friendly & helpful. Well behaved dogs on a lead are also permitted in the gardens (plenty of bins around). Sadly, they could do with updating & increasing the number of benches (pref with a backrest) in shady areas as well as the few in the sunshine - the main reason for my 4/5 stars.

A beautiful afternoon spent wandering in the Spring sunshine - batteries well and truly recharged. Beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, and some lovely surprises along the way - a real gem. Lovely coffee and cake at the tearoom to round off the afternoon. Perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday.

We spent a lovely sunny afternoon at the arboretum with our 12yr old. Surrounded by stunning colour and plenty of space to roam. This was our fourth visit and always different plants in bloom depending on the season. Finished up at the cafe with delicious ice creams. Love the peace and tranquility.

Beautiful place with friendly staff and volunteers. Formal gardens and surrounding woodland walks are stunning, fun maze to get lost in, and a nice tea room to enjoy some refreshments - well worth a visit. Excellent value for money.

It's a lovely place: landscaped grounds, orchard and lovely view towards Severn Valley railway. Caffe serves food and cakes 🎂 , including an ice cream hut. Shame you have to pay as there isn't really anything particularly brilliant about it. Good fun for kids though as there are a few areas of play including the maze, climbing trail and a playground.
