About the garden

Hidden away from the bustle of modern life in a tranquil rural setting, Bluebell Cottage Gardens is a Cheshire gem with two acres of richly planted gardens, a wildflower meadow and the eponymous bluebell woods, which are a real spectacle in spring. With such a quiet location, this garden is perfect for those who just want to sit back on a bench and take in the sounds of nature, watching the pollinators buzzing through beautiful herbaceous borders.

After you’ve enjoyed exploring the gardens, take a trip to the RHS Gold Medal-winning plant nursery, where you can browse a wonderful selection or pick up plants reserved online (make sure to check out their website before you go!). For those feeling a bit peckish after a stroll through the woodland, there’s also a lovely tea room with indoor and outdoor seating.

Gorgeous nursery. Not a garden centre! Speak to an expert, and see the plants in situ in the beautiful garden. Plenty of covered seating for a cuppa, or your own picnic, but their cakes are delicious.

Lovely place with a great selection of plants and also nice walks around it . The cafe is lovely and had an amazing cream tea with the nicest blueberry scones I've ever had. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Cafe simple but lovely. Nursery basic plants but ideal for your garden. The garden mostly disability friendly and for only a £5 bring a book and soak in atmosphere.

Had a lovely visit to Sue Beesley's garden today with a coach party, particularly as Sue had just won a Gold medal at Tatton Show today. Lovely garden and staff. Thanks
