Sea Kale Overview
Crambe maritima is a herbaceous perennial plant from the Brassicaceae family. Commonly known by the names Sea Kale and Sea Cabbage. It typically grows to around 75cm tall, producing large, lobed, blue-green leaves with wavy margins. Flowers are small and white, appearing from early summer.
