Jackman's Clematis (LL) Overview

Clematis 'Jackmanii' is a free-flowering cultivar of medium size. It is a deciduous species with a vigorous and climbing growth habit. Produces bright purple blooms measuring approximately 10cm across, these are borne in the summer. Flowers have 4 petal-like structures which are actually sepals and these have a velvety texture. Flowers have green-cream coloured anthers in their centres.
