Chinese Plumbago Overview

This plant has earned a Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit. Masses of vivid cobalt-blue flowers appear from August to October (UK) and then in autumn, this shrub gives a second burst of colour when its leaves turn a rich russet-red.
