Three Cornered Leek Overview

Allium triquetrum is a bulbous flowering plant that looks similar to the white form of bluebells. It is however easy to distinguish between the two as the Onion weed has a pungent onion smell. All parts of the plant, from the bulb to the flowers, are edible fresh (for example in pestos) or cooked, and has a subtle flavour like leek or spring onion.
