Abelia 'Confetti' Overview
Linnaea × grandiflora 'Confetti' is a hybrid plant cultivar created from a cross between the species L. chinensis and L. uniflora, all of which have been reclassified. Historically they were included in the genus Abelia and this name is still commonly used. They are cultivated for their attractive foliage and profusion of flowers. This semi-evergreen shrub cultivar has narrow, green foliage with cream edges and deep red-purple stems. In the spring the leaves have pink tinges. The flowers are pale pink and bloom in the summer and autumn.
