Hosta 'Guacamole' Overview
Strong variety with large scented, white-lavender flowers in late summer. As the name suggests, the leaves have the look of guacamole - yellow green, with darker green margins.

Propagate by division of the fleshy crowns in early spring.
Seed raised plants very rarely come true to type (except H.ventricosa).
Other uses of Hosta 'Guacamole'
Grown for their decorative foliage. Form large clumps that are excellent for ground cover. Attracts humming birds in suitable geographical locations. With an OPALS rating of 1, these plants are considered 'Good' to include in a low allergen planting scheme.
