Solomons Seal Overview
The genus Polygonatum is also known by the names King Solomon's-Seal or Solomon’s Seal. It has approximately 71 rhizomatous perennials adapted to woodland habitats across temperate regions in Eurasia and North America. Flowers and foliage are the typical reasons for growing. They produce many white, bell-shaped blooms hanging pendantly in rows underneath stems. These develop into spherical, berry-like fruits which are red or black.
