Kalimeris Asters Overview
A genus of deciduous perennial flowering plants in the Asteraceae family originating from Eastern Asia containing 15 accepted species. They are characterised by their blue-green foliage and composite flowers with yellow centres and white to pink rays that can be solitary or in umbels. Several species and cultivars are grown as garden plants where they thrive in full sun and well-drained soil.
