Outstanding. A wonderful day/ half day out. Everything is quality and every employee we spoke to was helpful and charming. The gardens are magnificent; all credit to the wonderful gardening team. The garden centre is also a pleasure to visit with an enormous selection of plants, shrubs and trees and quality, stylish hardware and gifts. There is also The Gift Barn where you buy entrance to the gardens but will be slightly delayed by the delightful artisan gifts and jewelry. The Gallery also has beautiful items for sale from some highly talented craftsmen and women. The museum is something you must not miss and catalogues craftsmanship tools across the centuries in a compact wonderfully presented display. Then there is The Tea Room which offers delicious freshly cooked food using local produce. It has ample indoor and outdoor seating in delightful surroundings. There is a Farm Shop with super local produce; it has a fabulous butchery and fresh vegetables as well as other lovely looking produce. Oh! And there's a little amphitheatre! There is ample parking and good wheelchair access to everything. It is dog friendly for well behaved dogs on leads. We had huge fun and will go back again and next time visit the Manor House.

Lovely place to visit. It has a formal garden, herbaceous border garden, rockeries, apple and pear orchards. The orchards were a pleasant surprise as I haven't seen them in such a setting before. It even has an amphitheatre, a farm shop, a gallery, museum and its own church. The cafe offers as selection of hot and cold food and seems to be very popular. There is plenty of parking available.

Lovey walk in the gardens and quite a peaceful place to go to. The orchard is really lovely the blossom just starting to fill the trees. Attractive displays in the gift barn of kitchen and decorative items and gifts, small garden shop and plant centre with well looked after plants and trees.

One of my favourite places in Oxfordshire. I love the drive there and the gardens even more. We have already visited a few times but each time is different, better than the one before. We are yet to visit during autumn, having visited both in spring and summer. Regardless, it’s an oasis and I can’t recommend it enough. Oh, and the cheese scones in the cafeteria? Best ones I’ve ever had!

Excellent. Beautiful gardens. Wonderfully manicured hedges. Nice river walk. Helpful staff. Well worth the entry fee. Would love to go back in spring or summer.
