About the garden

Hazeldean Trees is a supplier of indigenous trees in Pretoria East. We grow a variety of trees in bags on Hazeldean Valley for supply to landscapists and gardeners. We don't yet have a shop window but we are next door to the popular Cowhouse Market where you can pick up, so contact us for a quote. No order is too small.

Hazeldean Trees are based on Hazeldean Valley, home to the Cowhouse Market, situated in the barn that used to house 640 top producing, contented dairy cows. People of all shapes and sizes can enjoy a day out riding the exciting Mountain Bike trails, trail running or just walking the dogs and enjoying some time out with friends. Hazeldean Brewing Company will soon build their brewery on Hazeldean Valley. More exciting ventures are planned for Hazeldean Valley so watch this space.

Beautiful farm in Pretoria east. Trails are well marked and 90% shady. Relaxed and peaceful. Clean and neat facilities. Friendly and efficient staff.

It was the first time I visited hazeldean.. I fell in love with it. Its a country valley just a stone throw from Pretoria busy city. I loved it so much, Its quiet, it's fresh, it's natural. I'd go again!

Wonderful trails, with lots of options in distance. Not very technical, so a great place to start for newer mountain bikers. There is a wonderful trail for kiddies too, as well as a running/hiking trail. Very safe with beautiful scenery, especially in spring. Sometimes we even see horse riders on the trails too! Parking is safe and the Cowhouse market, which is right there, is a great place to stop by.

I just absolutely love this place. The MTB routes are clearly armed and well maintained. Vehicles are safe. Market always good, live bands generally very good and the craft beer not only come in a wide variety, but it is some of the best craft beer I ever had.
