It's a fantastic place! What a gem. We enjoyed the exploring most of all. So many little things to discover. The lady at the entrance is really good with children too. Unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy a drink and bite but it looked really good.

What fantastic place to visit. A lovely trail walk around the different gardens . They have a coffee shop there. I love the eco houses they have built. Lots of different things to see and explore.

I cannot put into words how amazing these gardens are and have so much to offer for all ages. We had our wedding here on 14/10/21 and it was the most magical day. The staff so welcoming and went above and beyond to make the day so special. The food is always delicious, it has to be my favorite lunch spot! Support local by supporting this hidden gem!

Great place to visit. We booked online but you can pay on entrance either. Lovely gift shop and cafe as you enter. The cafe has lots of lovely meals all freshly prepared on site. They were operating outdoor dining when we visited so no need for DCVC. Lots of options to sit outside and plenty of covered tables should the weather turn. The garden itself is excellent with lots of interesting information and well developed exhibits. The sundial itself is worth the entrance fee. You can walk around at your leisure and visit the various areas. We were there for over two hours and had a lovely time. There is a playground for smaller children which has picnic tables should you wish to bring your own food. The toilets are clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely excellent day out for families or anyone interested in nature.

A cold winters stroll around Brigit’s garden wasn’t disappointing. Our 6 year old thoroughly enjoyed the treasure hunt especially because the resident Mr. Robin was following him around as per Santas orders! There’s so much to see and do for all ages, woodland & wildflower meadows, sun trail, an ancient ring fort, nature trail, thatched roundhouse, crannóg, and the calendar sundial which is quite impressive! We didn’t eat at the cafe but the atmosphere indoors after being out in the cold air was comforting and smelt delicious! The gift shop is well stocked with a variety of gifts and toys for all ages and reasonably priced. Staff were amazing and the toilet facilities were spotless.
