Beautiful gardens, you can have a picnic here. There is also a playground for children and a cafe. More benches around the walking area would be great, as sometimes the place is quite busy and you can't find a bench to rest.

Great place to relax, talk w friends and overall just be near. Has a lovely atmosphere that is replicated no where else in the area. Cafe is lovely although some of the prices are a bit high. Would recommend to people of any age.

Lovely house, with knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately part of the house was closed for refurbishment. The garden is beautiful, and the aviary is charming. We enjoyed looking at the colourful birds.

Really nice place to go for all ages. Walk around the garden, through the trees. Cafe, toilets, free parking out the front or about £1 in the carpark to the left. Playground. Bird aviary. Pond. Very relaxing and lovely place to visit when you don't want to spend money.

Lovely hall and gardens, a little more could be done inside the hall but on the whole an enjoyable experience and would recommend.
