Yucca Overview
Yucca is a genus of evergreen shrubs and trees characterised by their architectural growth habit, rosettes of sword-shaped fleshy leaves and panicles of usually white flowers. They originate from the Americas and West Indies, where they grow in deserts, sand dunes and plains. In cultivation, they are popular as container-grown plants for patios and conservatories, in gravel gardens and as dot plants in borders.
