Lipstick Plant 'Japhrolepis' Overview
Aeschynanthus 'Japhrolepis' is commonly called Lipstick Plant 'Japhrolepis'. It is a vigorous, succulent perennial from the Gesneriaceae family. Typically grown for its attractive succulent leaves, these form on long trailing stems and for the bright red, tubular blooms. The stems can reach 2m in length and the flowers are large, measuring up to 5cm. This plant enjoys humidity, warm temperatures and bright light, do not expose to freezing temperatures and reduce watering in the winter.
