Star Cactus Overview
Astrophytum is a genus containing around 6 species of slow-growing perennial cacti from the Cactaceae family. These plants are native from southern Texas to Mexico and they may be referred to as living rocks due to their slow growth. They produce large yellow or white flowers and require high levels of sunlight and dry conditions to thrive.
