Ajuga reptans 'Catlin's Giant' is an this easy to grow robust semi-evergreen perennial that forms mats of large glossy rich brown leaves with spikes of blue flowers up to 30cm. Commonly known as Bugle 'Catlin's Giant', it is also sometimes called Carpet Bugleweed. It suits a range of garden styles from informal cottage to wildflower meadow gardens. This cultivar has earnt a Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Award of Garden Merit. It is also part of the RHS “Plants for Pollinators” initiative to showcase plants which support pollinator populations by providing ample amounts of nectar and/ or pollen. A great choice for encouraging pollinating insect wildlife into your garden!
