    Patrinia Overview

Patrinia is a genus containing around 14 herbaceous perennial species from the honeysuckle family, Caprifoliaceae family. Native to parts of Northeastern Asia where they are found in grassy mountain regions. They have a basal rosette of usually lobed leaves and a tall, wiry stem topped by airy sprays of yellow or white flowers. In cultivation, they prefer a shady position in damp soil.
