Mixed Salad Leaves are green-leaved herbaceous plants which will all germinate in roughly the same amount of time and produce tasty young growth that can be cut and used in salads. These mixes generally contain Oriental Mustards, Garden Cress, Japanese Greens, Salad Rocket, Arugula and different Lettuce cultivars.
