Tatsoi Overview
This Asian variety of brassica has dark green spoon shaped leaves that form a thick rosette. It's leaves have a subtle flavour but a soft creamy texture. Hardy to -10C they are a useful crop for autumn sowing and can be harvested from under the snow.
