Solanum tuberosum 'International Kidney' is better known as Potato 'International Kidney'. This cultivar produces good yields of tasty tubers. The waxy tubers of this first early potato have a golden yellow skin with a creamy white flesh. They are only called Jersey Royals when they are grown on Jersey, sometimes known as Solanum tuberosum 'Jersey Royal'.
