Even though we were visiting in late Autumn there was lots to see. Informative boards dotted about. Excellent heritage conservation.

It's a lovely hidden place which is ideal to sit and read a book or walk around looking all the different plants. It's well kept, with different areas including a tree walk, a wild flower meadow, herb/country cottage garden and box pattern. Free to enter but there is a donation box at the main gate.

A beautiful hidden gem of a public garden. If it's peace and solitude you wish then spend a little time here. I visit often.
