Just had lunch here. Food was imaginative and out of this world. Came away feeling very well fed. Service was excellent without being overbearing. Definitely in my book for repeat visits

First time I went a couple of years ago the food was incredible. Some of the best I’ve had anywhere. More recently I went and the food was quite average, Covid has meant that the vegetables mostly aren’t grown on site this year however the salad boxes they gave (on the plate would be nicer) were quite dry and not especially flavoursome. The portion of meat was delicious but very stingy in size. Hopefully they can get back to the quality of two years back. The environment is still lovely.

What a wonderful place for a special lunch! The setting is beautiful, we were outside under the canopy, it was a bit chilly but outdoor heaters and blankets made it cosy. The food was incredible, a well thought out menu with delicious combinations of food. Can’t recommend it enough!

This is a beautifully tucked away secret gem! The food is lovely and the set menu takes away some of the normal stresses when faced with a menu. The pace is relaxed and the staff have just the right amount of banter! We're looking forward to our next visit as the seasons change.
