Lovely gardens with a lot to see. Picnic spots available with tables and chairs. Quite a few water features so you need to watch the kids. Currently R50 entrance fee. If you're a fan of flowers and gardening then this is a must see. Overnight stays also available. Close to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve.

A real hidden gem in Stellenbosch! I’m so glad I saw an article where someone recommended this place! Take a picnic and a book and go enjoy an afternoon here! The gardens are beautiful- so so well kept and beautiful! Had a lovely afternoon here. It’s R50pp, I’d bring cash as there’s no cellphone signal and they don’t have a card machine, otherwise you’ll have to do an eft at home. If I’m ever in Stellenbosch again, this spot is on my list!!

I really liked the gardens. the grass looked good and 'healthy'. all the different flowers that are in bloom made the garden 'glow'. I really enjoyed the guided tour with Richard who really knows his plants and I found the history of the garden very interesting. even though the garden is privately owned I liked that it is more about people visiting the garden than generating income. I will definately come back in the summer and bring friends and family for a picnic.

Gorgeous oasis within Stellenbosch. Beautiful gardens, well maintained.
