What a magnificent garden only a quick ferry ride from Plymouth. Well worth the small cost of the ferry and despite having spent a few hours here, I doubt I’ve discovered all of its wonders. A perfect day out if staying in Plymouth!

I think this is now my favourite place to go with the family. I went here yesterday with my family and what a lovely day out we had. We got the Cremyll Ferry over which my children absolutely loved. Once over there we paid to get in which was very reasonable and then entered some of the best scenery I have seen in years. We went through the gardens and had a lovely coffee & ice cream at the café and walked around these lovely grounds. Due to being with children and the large size of the place meant we didn't get to see the whole grounds but we will absolutely be back at the earliest opportunity. Great family day out, can't wait to come back.

Delicious fodder and wonderful staff in the old stables,an eatery I’d drive for again! Frisbee golf extremely good fun in wonderful setting. Would love to explore inside the house next time. The live bat cameras are amazing to watch.

Outstanding views across to Plymouth and the RN dockyards. Wonderful woodland walks with both natural and exotic plants. We were impressed with the many activities organised, the Frisbee course is a must for families and groups but beware it is a real challenge! The Orangery is a delightful area and cakes supplied in the Stable cafe are a must. The park was preparing for the 'Green Man' event hence the photos I have attached. All in all a wonderful excursion, easily accessible from the Stonehouse ferry which runs regularly at very affordable prices.

Went to the American Carshow at Mount Edgecombe. Absolutely loved it. Loved spending time with friends and family looking at the classic cars and looking around the grounds. Plan on revisiting soon to look at the Country house and the gardens more. They regularly have great events and would recommend.
