Beautiful gardens. Met by Colin (who was lovely). Well maintained and cared for gardens. Great to go through all the different sections. I had the buggy there were a few short sets steps but actually was really easy to get round for us. Kids loved it! Well worth a visit it's £6/adult kids are free. Lovely views.

Unfortunately I did not get to see the gardens. On arrival I was possibly the only visitor as the carpark was empty. However I did make my way to the entrance. There was nobody at the desk, but a large bell to ring for attention. I did this and waited several minutes before taking myself in and shouting a few times. Nobody came. After about 15 minutes I left. I'm sure the gardens are beautiful but if it states they are open then somebody should be available.

Pretty cool place. 6 quid each might be a bit steep considering the house and surrounding land reeks of wealth. Kids u16 are free though. Gardeners have done an amazing Job to be fair.

Beautiful gardens. Well tended and healthy array of species. Particularly liked the white birch trees, not seen these before. Lots of different gardens within the grounds and plenty of space to enjoy nature's sounds and perfumes. Current restrictions mean a one way system is in place, however, this did not impair the visit as there were less than a dozen people present. Staff helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
