Jan Celliers Park is an amazing outdoor location. It is well kept with beautiful lawns and water features. Ideal for picnics (couples/ families/ friends) and makes for a dog-friendly place. There's lots of space although it can get quite busy on weekends. It is absolutely FREE 😁

Beware of dogs roaming around off leash and incapable owners. Today 19 March 2022 we were attacked for the second time by the same dog (black schnauzer) walking and storming our dogs who are on leash. Owner would not or could not control his dog.He seemed to get satisfaction from the fact that his dog is causing a dogfight. The previous time, his dog attacked us, I sustained a hand injury which has up to date not healed completely. (You can identify the man by his white porch, the dog and the fact that he is over 50, overweight and refused to take control.)

Such a lovely little park in a beautiful part of Waterkloof. Great water feature in the middle. Nice place to read a book or just walk barefoot on the grass. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if it were slightly bigger and dogs could be off leash. But that’s just my preference. Too beautiful.
