Lovely place to forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Beautifully kept. Great place to marvel at the flowers. Good place to start and end a lunch time run through the surrounding suburbs.

Absolutely magical! I'm a sucker for roses and to be in a massive garden full of them was like going to a candy store. It is relatively well kept and I really like how there are quite a few benches where you can just sit and relax or admire the beauty that lay before you. Durbanville Rose Garden is definitely a place to escape from reality while still being in it. Loved visiting it and I'm definitely going back.

What a wonderful rose park to explore and relax, hidden in Durbanville. It's not too difficult to find and there's a helpful guide at the entrance to help you understand the different types of roses. The garden is well-maintained and it's a lovely spot for people to take wedding pictures (please don't photo-bomb them). Neat and clean toilets are available on site and there's parking inside if you prefer. It does get very hot here in summer and a couple of extra shaded benches would be great.

Knowing that this is a well known place for wedding pics, there is just not enough parking space.
