An absolute gem. Beautiful, quirky, informative - I can't remember when I last enjoyed a garden visit so much, and I went away with my head buzzing with ideas for my own garden. The staff were lovely too: I mentioned that I'd been hoping to find a horse-radish root on the plant stall, but there wasn't one - so they dug one up for me!

Forget the Alnwick Poison Garden, this small but perfectly formed physic garden is quirky, fascinating and informative. In addition to the myriad plants, organised by themes, the space has been complemented with sculptures, seating and an eclectic collection of bits & bobs, found in any home, and used to transform the space. It's not the easiest place to find, but well worth the few wrong turns it took to get there.

Fascinating place, with a so many interesting little areas to explore. A great place, and a great idea that could be wonderful. I didn't realise you guys were a charity so I have edited my initial review.
