Outstanding. A beautiful, magnificent garden where totally free your mind and your senses. And there's so much to discover all around. If you want to really enjoy it, I warmly suggest you to take it easy and spend at least a couple of days to just walk around all the beautiful places, walk along the gardens possibly in a tour with one of the great gardeners who take care of this amazing place. And then just chill out at the cafe, enjoying superb meals while watching the sunset... I could literally retire in a place like this one. It's truly magnificent.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The staff were friendly, the grounds were beautiful, there was much to explore and the spa facilities were excellent. I literally have no complaints. I 1000% recommend going here. I've uploaded a bunch of photos of the room, the food and around the hotel. I hope they help you with your decision, but honestly it's a great hotel, there's really not much to think about... Get Going!

I really felt the need to leave this review as our experience was so wonderful. We started off in the botanical rooms with the set menu, the service and food was exceptional, I brought my 1 year old son and every single staff member spoke to him and made him and us feel so welcome. Staff were attentive at all times, if you needed to know where anything was they would personally take you to it rather than just giving directions which I thought was brilliant. The gardens and buildings were breathtaking, there was so much to do, see and explore, you could easily spend and entire day and still not see everything. 10/10 would recommend for a beautiful day out.

Very nice place to go for walk, food and/or drink. The Roman experience is great too (although note that the food there isn't available after 3:30pm!!), with an excellent informative and interesting museum, combined with a no-expense-spared recreation of a Roman villa. The grotto is intriguing too, and the farm shop has a great range of food - particularly cheeses, meats and breads, and obviously cider and wine 😋🍷

A much anticipated visit to the Newt was not a disappointment. Beautiful gardens both formal and informal with everything so beautifully presented that wherever you look there is a carefully curated view or a tiny but beautiful detail. The facilities are well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful (despite being on a blisteringly hot day). It is expensive and you could break the bank in the farm and gift shops but now armed with annual membership we can go again, and we can also visit other gardens such as Heligan and Eden Project for free.
